One subscription.
Two ways to work.

Every plan includes AI Agents and Credits. Choose a plan around how many new AI Agents you need each month, one for each job you are hiring for.

Route 01 · AI Agent

Let Mira run the search.

Put a job on an AI Agent. Mira runs sourcing, screening, approved outreach, and scheduling. The Agent’s work does not spend your Credits, including its contact unlocks and Deep Searches.

Route 02 · Search yourself

Work the platform directly.

Search and manage your hiring in the workspace. Searching is unlimited. Credits pay for contacts you unlock and Deep Searches you run yourself. You can use both routes within the same plan.

Per contact you unlock yourself. No repeat charge for the same contact during your subscription.

100Credits

Per Deep Search you run yourself, charged when it returns candidates.

3,000Credits

Per additional AI Agent above your monthly allowance, in that month.

The allowance counts new AI Agents started each month. Existing Agents keep running; closing one does not restore a unit. Unused Credits and Agent allowances expire each cycle. Yearly plans also issue and expire them monthly.

Yearly billing saves about 10%. Professional and Scale support multiple users. The subscription bills for the selected term regardless of hiring results; Credits meter actions, not candidates. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, with no partial refund.

Need someone to run it?

Delivery service is separate.

A Metix delivery specialist works the search from day one. You still set the brief and the bar, and choose whom to interview. Scope and pricing are agreed after a demo. A plan’s product support is separate from this service.

Need more capacity or a contract?

Talk to us about an Order.

For capacity above the plans or procurement needs such as a PO, MSA, or DPA, book a demo. Orders define the scope and terms. EU, UK, and Canada candidates are outside an Order’s scope unless added in writing.
