Searching is free. Unlock a contact: 10 Credits. Run a Deep Search that returns candidates: 100 Credits. Activate an Agent above your allowance: 3,000 Credits.

Every plan includes candidate search and matching, approved email outreach, reply management, candidate shortlists, interview scheduling, and email support. *Scale support details are scoped in a demo; specific commitments are set in writing.
Delivery service
A Metix delivery lead runs the day-to-day search on the platform. You set the brief and make hiring decisions. Purchased separately after scoping; the Scale success lead helps you use the product and is not Delivery service.
Enterprise arrangements
Bring your hiring volume, team needs and procurement requirements. We agree the capacity, service scope and commercial terms in a written Order under the Metix AI Agent Services Agreement.
How monthly allowances work. Agents count new starts each month, not simultaneous jobs. Existing Agents keep running; closing one does not return its allowance. Unused Credits and Agent allowances do not roll over. Annual plans also issue and expire allowances monthly.
How billing works. A fixed subscription, with no placement fee. The subscription still bills if no candidate meets your criteria. Cancellation and plan changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds or adjustments.
